Smooth booking and pickup

I booked a 'Mietwagen mit Vollkasko' for my trip to Italy through this platform. The online booking process was clear, and I appreciated seeing all the different options for insurance coverage. I chose one with 'unbegrenzten Kilometern' as well since I planned to do a lot of driving. I received a confirmation email quickly, which had all the details I needed for pickup at the Florence airport. When I arrived, presenting my documents was simple, and the car was ready as expected. I had a quick question about the fuel policy before I left, and I found the customer service number on their site. They answered pretty fast. No issues during the rental period or with the return, everything went smoothly.

Good for airport pickup

I rented a 'Kleinwagen' for a trip from the airport. The whole process of finding one was pretty straightforward on the site. I got a good deal and picking it up at the airport was easy enough. No problems at all, it worked out well.

Found a decent deal

I needed a '7-Sitzer' for a family vacation and was looking to save some money. I compared a few options on the site. I ended up booking one for a week and felt like I got a solid price for it. The free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup was a nice safety net, though I didn't need it. It felt like a good value purchase overall.
